What do I do ?

I help make the job ready process from school or training into work without hassles, self doubt or confusion.

I run physical face to face workshops and help students by giving them unbiased careers advice, access to professionals that work with them hands on in hair, clothes and skincare. I also connect them with local employers who tell them exactly what they want.

For those who cannot access a physical workshop I have courses that your students can complete online- in their own time, at their own pace.

From gaining work experience, to contacting employers, to nailing an online interview- they can access it all from anywhere a device may be.

Be assured they will be looked after. I've been doing this for a long time. I have a brilliant team behind me willing to help your students.

How I got here

I was a teacher for twenty years. I taught PDHPE for 8 years (a fancy name for Health and PE), retrained and completed a degree in Japanese, and found my passion and what I was good at - helping students discover careers, and completed a Graduate Certificate in Career Development.

Working with a full time careers advisor at a school of 1400 students, we were always chasing our tail. Every term we had the best intentions, plan for as much as we could, but with so many students we couldn't help everyone.

That annoyed me.

I was seeing students who were too scared to call an employer. They didn't know how to dress and were missing out on opportunities.

I wanted to give students the information on how to be job ready, access amazing courses and be confident when they choose to enter.

I created these online and physical courses so I can help as many students and time poor careers advisors as I can.
